A self-hosted, Slack-style messaging platform built around a C#/.NET hub, running entirely on the local network so no data leaves the premises. Messages are delivered in real time over MQTT, with desktop and mobile clients that discover the hub automatically using mDNS. The hub ships as a Docker container or a custom Buildroot image for Raspberry Pi.
